Beautiful frosty Monday! Did well this weekend; I'm not doing the super-diligent focus all my energy on eating plan right now, but I am still eating less than I am burning, still working out, etc. Went to a party on Saturday night and did really well! I ate something before I went and I brought some sugarless cookies to share, so it worked out fine.
Got into a pair of jeans that my friend gave to me this summer; when I saw them I thought "I'll NEVER get into those", but I did! It felt great!
Blessings all - I know this is a difficult time to restrict what you eat, but when New Year's Day arrives you will be SO glad that you kept your eating under control during this season!
