Weight going down slowly, just what I wanted to see happen. I am challenging myself this week to log in my foods. I have been writing stuff down hit or miss, but want to log in and see if getting enough protein through the Herbalife shakes, bars, and meals I am eating. I feel like my protein level is lacking. Off to Bootcamp!
