[color=olive]I am still basing everything from pahse one diet. I have been eating mostly fruit and veggies and once a day I have 2-3 ounces of meat. I also workout hard and more in this phase. I feel good about everything. This phase is however complicated for the most if yo eat the meat as told I think I would have to workout twicw as hard so i will stick to what I feel and get my prtein in other ways. I haven't went bike riding since I had my three children and I have rode my bike twice to visit my mom which is almost 12 miles away but all in all I feel great. I see a healthier me within the next few months. I love this diet and I'm loving the new me or should I say the old me before 2 pregnancies.
