Did fairly well yesterday. Had a late night snack after work that wasn't the best choice. But did OK other than that. Also squeezed in a 30 minute 2 mile walk. Yay!
Day 3 of staying on track coming up now.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
