Pre breakfast pre BM. Yesterday was a big deficit day as well as a relatively low cal intake day. So I started daily weigh ins on 9/12 to document weight fluctuations and why I don't weigh every day. Started at 188, quickly jumped to 190, then 192... Hovered there for a few days then slowly came back down to today's 187. I think I can tie the biggest rise to food choices the day before, but I will keep logging for a few more weeks before I make post my "research" conclusions.😄
