This time I have got to do it and stick to it!!!!!!!!!! I have dieted always for a few months and given in just folded usually after I go off the rails for a day, Despite my size up to now I have no visable ill effects but now my backs beginning to hurt and I'm finding walking a distance hard. My husband had a 9 month affair last year and instead of giving me a kick up the arse it made me eat more. So now I am giving myself a kick up the arse! Any support kicks up the arse would be welcome lol !
