Thanksgiving was great I didn’t over indulge in food and kept on plan, just didn’t track my food. I went down 2 LBS. over thanksgiving break making it 4 for the week! Meet my goal and I can’t remember the last time I have been less than 190 LBS. it has been years!!!! What a wonderful feeling!
