I dry fasted for 18 hrs (18/1). I shifted my eating window to 16:30-17:30. I'm feeling very energetic since my last meal. I had a long walk without any struggle in the evening and enjoyed it a lot. My ketones are increased pretty much I'm almost in full ketosis. And my body seems to handle it way better than when I reached deep ketosis in my 13 day water fast. My big salads seems to work wonders :) I lost a little muscle tissue since yesterday. I'll do 2 eggs a day instead of one, lets see if it helps. I'm still looking for an unprocessed plant based protein source with no or low carbs in it. Asking all vegans I meet, but no luck so far. They mostly use vegan protein powders to maintain ketosis.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
