Today I stayed busy and started my Christmas baking prep. My cookie marathon will be the weekend of 12/9-12/11. Making cookie dough and putting them in the freezer so all I have to do is bake/decorate and distribute on my marathon weekend. Didn't think about food today until dinner, then had a 2nd pattie and now I'm stuffed.
