I'm 50 and my cycle still comes and it makes me crave sugar. I have fought it mostly this week, but did treat myself to a square of 86% Dark chocolate for the last two days and now feel like I've undone it all. I know I haven't, but still. Husband took the family to the Royal Show last Friday and he ate greasy chip on a stick, icecream and milkshakes, me I ate a chip on a stick and felt ill after. Dinner came and he and my son shared hot chips and he had a tuna sandwich, but I was feeling ill still so ate nothing. I started here a week after I started attempting to lose this weight so I know I am 1.5kg down already and that inspires me to keep it up. Tried Soba noodles tonight and they weren't that bad at all, not great to look at but even husband liked them. Dont feel like this will be a 'great loss' week, but I do hope some comes off.
