It's a New Year! Time for a New US! :)

I've renewed my commitment to a healthy me - and my new puppy dog, Max, is helping me out! We've been going on 1-2 hour long walks each day for the past few days, plus I'm eating MUCH healthier than I was over the Christmas holidays. Other than the 5 or 6 beers yesterday, I'm only taking in the healthiest of healthy foods.
