Finally, here is my last day of phase 1, day 9 (Tuesday, 15th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk 01:00 pm - big bowl of fresh cherries 03:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake 04:00 pm - two green apples
Today I haven't eater that much (because I wasn't hungry) - but at least I tried to keep it regular.
I'm so excited, today is the last day of phase 1 and tomorrow morning is my weigh-in day!
Can't wait to see the results on the scale. The only thing that I wasn't supposed to have during this 10 days and I had it (before I noticed that it wasn't allowed) was two 0,5l bottles of flavored water. It still has only 50kcal per bottle, but the whole idea of phase 1 is the detox (from the sweeterens ans other stuff). But I think I will survive ;)
And finally some meat on the menu from now on, how about that! :) Any tips for phase two?
