Going through a bit of a tough time right now because my schedule has changed so drastically, I have to find the time to get in the gym and to take care of myself. I have just been so darned tired I can't muster up the energy to get up two hours early to get my workout in. This will change this week, I am getting in the swing of my new schedule and I will MAKE time for myself.

Today I am off from the store but I have an appointment at the Center at noon, and I still have some writing to do. What a crazy week! I am not complaining at all, just reflecting LOL. I am glad for the work but my challenge is to strike a healthy balance.

It has been a week since I got to the gym and this is not going to stand, even though a lot of the work I do is very physical, it still isn't the same as a good workout for reducing stress and cardio health. Goal #1 for this week - GYM TIME.

Well I have to get some things done here around the house so I'd best get on to it. Have a wonderful week all!

Hey girl friend...I know the feeling, so many other things to tend to and the time just flies by...It felt good to walk on the treadmill this morning...Have a great day....☺

:-( Looking after ourselves always goes on the back burner, when there is lots to do. I have really tried to not let this happen this year.... If I am really pushed I just do 15 or 20 minutes - just to keep up the momentum. Not always at the gym - but some "formal" planned exercise. Hope you manage to get there :-)

When you are doing physical work the gym isn't as important. Better to take a few extra minutes to prepare a healthy lunch. One of these days it will slow down. And whatever you do - don't get stressed over it - stress is counter productive.
