Okay so I'm eating a high fat, high protein, low carb diet. I wasn't hungry at all today until I just ate at 1:00 pm. Must be something to it. I never go that long before eating. Last night I had some vodka drinks with true lemon (with stevia). My buddy told me clear alcohol was okay on Atkins, which I assume this diet is similar to.
