okay its almost the end of november,, Yes thanksgiving is thursday, but i'm going to start my diet on monday the 21st. Ive joined the challenge on the fatsecret to help me stay motivated, I really would love to lose thirty five pounds, and with the help of this website im sure i can acheive if i stay positive and focused. good luck to me, so far today ive done good. lets make it happen. you deserve to be happy and skinny and healthy!!
