so im kinda confused. i weighed myself this morning and i was at 198.7. fine. thats awesome. today i didnt work out. i ate my weight in chips and salsa and had a few pieces of suspicious sushi and i just weighed myself..... im 197.5. 0.o dont get me wrong im thrilled but i dont understand. i dont know how to work with this craziness. do i eat whatever i want and not work out? or do i work out and watch what i eat?? why is this happening....?

who knows lol. weight typically goes up and down throughout the day. Could be water weight or digestion or whatever. it is very mysterious. but you know you cant just eat any amount of calories per day and expect to keep losing. you lost because you have been averaging less calories in then you have going out. So, dont go crazy on the snacking to often because your body is keeping count even if your not!

It could be a lot of things. Many ups and downs are water weight. I would definitely not stop working out or eating healthy. Consistency is important with weight loss or you will eventually see it on the scale. Take the loss and run with it...lol pun intended.
