Well I ate things like chicken and broccoli and such. I know that the sauces will get you, but these sauces are actually quite light and I drained them out as I scooped it up. It was also my only meal for the day, as I had no time to eat the rest of the day. It was more for the convenience than anything, I didn't want to go home and wait an hour or two for things to cook only to go to bed minutes later. I doubt I ate much more than a thousand calories if that, but I did at least get a little food to eat. I didn't pig out and eat six plates of food and then desert :p.
