I was pleasantly surprised when I weighed myself this morning. I didn't think that I had lost any pounds in the last few weeks :D

83.5 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg. Still to go: 7.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week
