Felt like eating junk today. First time in almost 2 weeks it was hard to stick to the diet. Ate a large handful of M&Ms at the end of the day. Then went out to dinner. I ordered the healthiest thing I could find on the menu (baked haddock - breadcrumbs scraped off, steamed broccoli and farro salad).
