So, I’ve decided to gradually decrease my caloric intake by 50 cals a day till I hit Monday which is the first day of my classes for Sparrow. They want me on a 1200 cal meal plan and I was working at 1350. Man, I’m missing those 150 cals already. And I think we should get exercise points for pre-planning meals…what with all the juggling you have to do. I try and make sure I get every calorie I’m due. Does going 9 points over count as excessive? <grin>

(smile) thanks...my challenge is not in counting them up here, but not adding to them at home. I'm a grazer. sometimes i don't even know i'm doing it until i've swallowed!
