I've decided I need rewards for my goals. Think I'll do 5lb increments. Just small things I can do for myself (saving $). Like a manicure/pedicure, facial mask, $10 iTunes card, "spa" day, and maybe a massage for my final goal.
Manicure/pedicure - first 5lbs - Almost there (150) Facial Mask for 10lbs (145) Spa Day - bubble bath, deep conditioner, candles- 15lbs (140) $10 iTunes Gift Card - 20lbs - to help motivate me near the end (135) Massage - GOAL - This will be my biggie reward! (130)
As I lose, I'll reaccess my goals. As of right now, I'd really like to be 138 but would be will to shoot for 130. Maybe with Atkins I can get to the ever elusive goal.
I'm going to take this journey one day at a time and do my absolute best. I have the tools and support. Just have to keep at it.
