Weight Watchers seems to be working! I am very pleased so far with my results. The new Plan (for me) seems to be very easy to follow. I am definitely seeing a difference in what I am eating and how much I am eating. I just hope when winter comes and the fruits and vegetables are out of season I don't get back in to my bad eating habits.
