Argh! have a sinus cold and it is taking away all my energy, I still used my new ab roller and went for a walk in the wind today, hope this cold goes away just a fast as I caught it. Very excited to weigh myself this week and see how much I have lost. Last week I was shocked that I lost 4 pounds haven't seen that much weight come off since my first week when I lost 7 pounds. Hope to keep it going.
