Here is my phase 1, day 8 (Monday, 14th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk 01:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake, two green apples 03:00 pm - one green apple 04:30 pm - grilled zucchini with tofu 08:00 pm - one melon
Can't believe i've stayed away from meat, bread, potatoes, pasta etc for so long. I don't think I've ever done that in my whole life :)
And I am feeling great! Fat Smash is THE way :)

Great job! Especially how you were able to keep up with the 5 meals. I'm excited for you to start seeing results. Were you able to stay full eating so little food? I can't wait to start...

The biggest problem for me is not to find the time for 4-5 meals per day but to find some good recipes, prepare and shop for the food. The eating takes no time :)
I am not hungry at all! If anything, I'm almost feeling guilty for not being hungry - because every time I tried to loose weight in my life, I've been almost starving myself. But this time it is different. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, can't wait to see the results.
