Quick note to self...DO NOT OMIT or OVERLY RESTRICT FOOD GROUPS!!!! I really crashed and burned on Saturday. I adhered to my plan and ate well but was relentlessly hungry, crabby and felt really shitty. I didn't want any particular food or had any cravings, I just felt like crap. Sunday, I had no real appetite, ate whatever I pleased, and not much of it and felt fine all day. Today is pretty much the same. Back to counting calories, moderate carbs and fats and amping up the exercise! Forgive me for only lasting 3 days...Try try again...Have a great week everyone!

What you were feeling was "keto flu". As your body switches over from burning sugar to burning fat (ketones), you do feel like crap! Your body is resisting the switch over, and demanding you give it glucose. If you tough it out for a few days, it magically disappears, and you come out the other side feeling like you dropped 20 years!

Sorry it did not work out for you....you seemed very excited about giving it a try. I don't think you need to ask forgiveness though :) Sounds like you are rebounding and moving forward with your goals. Take care of you.
