I really misbehaved yesterday - ate some jellied pumpkins, snack size butterfinger, charleston chew, Reese's (2), and a jello temptation. Really blew the diet. Then paid the price in the bathroom.
So I'm wondering if the weight loss is just from that, but I'll take the number anyway.
Today I'm doing better, still have had a few jelly pumpkins.
Other than breaking the diet yesterday, I'm still feeling good overall. 10 days in and I've lost 8.5! I'm almost don't 20 front my all time high.
