Looking over your food log tells me many things. You say you don't eat bread? I see a bagel listed on one day, and peanut butter crackers on one day and somewhere in the last month a donut as well. No rice? Rice pudding qualifies as rice. Saw some ice cream logged on your calander as well. These are not induction foods. I'd like to tell you your calories are too low, but since you skip logging many days/meals there is no way to know for sure. I can see also, but I could be wrong because you are not logging foods, you are not eating enough veggies. Are you exercising? Drinking water? Staying away from ALL sugars and starches?
