I feel bad now. I had a big dinner and packed on weight. I feel flabby in my arms again. I might have had problems with the soup that I ate yesterday for lunch. It was probably too many extra calories.
49.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
