Well here we go. I joined a weight loss group here at my Apt. Complex. Today being the 1st day. I stopped my 2 a day Dr. Peppers. (Lord help me!) Drank (4) 16.oz bottle water, had 700 calories in food and I worked out for 2.5 hrs at the gym. Of course more cardio than weights, but some of both. P.S. working out at the gym was not just started today, I usually go 4-5 times a week anyway. Just cannot take off the pounds!
Day One: weight 241.9 lb body fat 28.6% bones 8.0% water 48% BMI 37.6 muscle weight 162.2

Hey Sam, if the dropping the Dr. Pepper cold turkey is hard, try and only drink 1 a day. Slowly cut it out.

Probably the pop, empty calories, but I agree with red headed lady, cut back to diet pop or 1 4x a week.
