Here is my phase 1, day 7 (Sunday, 13th May):

09:30 am - eggwhite omlet with green peppers, 1 cup of low-fat milk
02:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans, dry brown rice
05:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans leftovers
08:00 pm - mixed fruit salad

With half an hour of bicycle workout.

P.S.: Mexican beans recipe found on fatfree.com turned out to be delicious!

do you have the book? you might want to include an approved snack in between 9:30 and 2:00. You don't want to make your body think that it is starving. It will slow down your metabolism. It sounds crazy but those little snacks or eating will help to boost your metabolism. I love my stationary bike. I've lost a lot of weight several times due to pregnancies Using my bike and crunches....Increase your minutes every week. I used to ride it 60 minutes at least 5x. That was approx. 50 miles a week. They say you can burn 500 or more calories in an hour. Which if you stick with the fat smach program you will see results. Great Job!!!!

Thanks for the good tips! Usually I do eat 3-4 hours apart, but unfortunately today I couldn't. I agree, stationary bike is great, I didn't know that you can burn 500k an hour with that thing, that's awesome!
