Okay so worked my butt off yesterday and drank LOTS of water. Made wings last night a sure way to be stuffed and not feel like I wanted anything else. I love hot wings! Got a weight loss for my hard work. Yay me. I just hate that I am having to lose 13# all over again, but live and learn. I cannot get too hung up on that. Just get back on track.
