I Have lost 11.6 lbs as of this day marking one month into my new life style. In order for me to loose the remaining 21.4 lbs in the next two months to not loose my 200.00 wager however, Im going to need to change course a few degrees and In so doing I have committed to cut out my past daily almond intake of about 300 calories. This translates into 5 additional pounds loss by the wagers end, and I feel it may be all that is needed to stay the course.
6 crew have met their fate today and 3 more hang in the balance. The ship is set up for signal handed sailing so no worries there in that regard, but my intentions are and have been to assist as many crew as possible in a successful and rewarding life changing voyage as well. About half seem serious about their desires and the other half do not.
