Lot's of us have issues with food. YOU can do this if YOU want to. Change takes time and patience. First thing you need to change is your attitude about yourself. You need to believe that your worth the change. Now start thinking your WINNER and WILL do this. Buy some fitness magazines. Join a gym. Take a new exercise class. Start making small goals. Do 5 pounds at a time and reward yourself with a non-food item. If you can afford it, higher a personal trainer to get you started on a good path. Make a home gym using some light weights and a mat. You can get dvds out of library to try. Be a NIKE commerical and Just Do It! Be positive!
