I had some days of vacation (and enjoyed the last days of Summer), got lazy with the exercizing and paying great attention to water intake. Amyway, I mostly kept within my daily RDI, and got my weight down by 4Kg (more than 8 pounds)!
It's good to be back at exercizing and paying attention to water intake.
