I was away at a weekend camp with the kids..... 😅
meal plan was totally blown.....meals were done by the camp and the food was great but lots of carbs were fed to us (high activity)...... surprisingly I did a weigh in off my usual days and thought the wt gain would have been worse.
soooo.... back to low carb day today!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
