Well at least I didn't gain any weight this weekend, I did drink basically all weekend though. Kinda tough when your friends are heavy drinkers. To make up for it I rode my bike around the town for an easy 10 miles ride that I got done in less than ah hour Sunday night. Very proud of my self stamina is threw the roof and it takes me for ever to get winded. Knees are a little stiff but the squats I have been doing at work has been paying off, I can start to see my quads more defined now.
