Okay I did better over the weekend but not as strict as I need to be. Today is the day. We went grocery shopping and I got a lot of low carb items. The only thing that I will have to be strong about (and I froze it so it will keep for a couple of weeks) is the cheese stuffed pasta that my Hubby picked up at Costco with the Alfredo sauce.

However, we have Omaha steak delivering this week and I have taco meat cooking now for lunches (it is best when it is already cooked and ready to heat). I have already downed some water this morning.

Feeling a little tired though but hopefully that will change soon. I will have my gym clothes on already so once work is done all I have to do is walk out the door and head to the gym.

Please feel free to kick my butt this week to all of you.

Good for you! I feel about the same way, pasta is a tough one to resist. I've been eating a lot of taco meat on salads lately. Good Luck this week!

Thanks Roo! Taco meat is always a good one to help me start getting back on track. As soon as we got home that pasta went right into the freezer and there it will stay for at least two weeks and if I take it out in a week it will be okay because by then I will be back on track and feeling better.
