Victory! Really craved something salty and crunchy. Instead I ate a banana. Then 1 1/2 hours later i was hungry again and I ate another banana.

What drove me is that I know that i have a "calorie budget". By being honest with myself and writing everything down I know that I will move to the calorie level that starts the slow and steady weight loss. (For me that is about 2000 calories per day.
