Had a couple of cheat meals this week... can't bear to look at the scales.. I know I should but I think I'll wait till next week and really try hard to have a healthier week. Feels like winter is the kind of season you just try and stay steady!

On the plus side, I broke my 5k run record this week so I'm getting fitter and faster!

Hi Saskia, slips are ok once in a while, when it turns into a full blown fall that's when things get messy, yours truly can attest to that. Dust yourself off and get back into the game. Super result on the 5K too - well done.
