2 miles at 2mph = 8 laps=60minutes=294 calories 3 miles at 3mph = 12 laps 60 minutes = 402 calories total calories on the treadmil is 696 calories Then I did 5 minutes at least of 400 crunches so up to 1000 out of 3000 crunches for my challenge and also did 50 push ups so up to 55 out of 750 pushups so far I think this week is going to be a better week and tomorrow is my moms birthday.
