My body's feeling tired from this week's exercises already: running with jogger pram and my son mos on Monday, 42 lengths swim at the gym on Tuesday and speed work on the treadmill this morning. But am also testing a fruit theory and not eating enough protein... Probably that. Dark and windy here in the Strand... Gotta get through my water for the day...PS. I got to 2.2L's yesterday!! Gonna ride that coat tail and sip on away on some more! :-P Lekker dag ya'll!!
