I joined this crazy diet challenge and work - and now how I regret it. If you don't lose anything you have to pay - if you miss the weight in you have to pay. It wouldn't be so bad but with a spouse that is ill, well it's difficult to know when I won't be in.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
