Managed 2L's of water on Friday. Not so good over the weekend - water and otherwise, but am stepping it up this week. Had some water retention and took a pill for it, so scale is down, but I know it ain't real figures, so will only weigh-in again on Friday. I also took my son for a run in the pram this morning...He ain't little anymore and it was only 5km's, but I worked my heart like crazy with all his body weight as resistance (He's off the play school tomorrow again). I wanna try and exercise everyday this week. Let's see how it all goes...
