Managed 2L's of water on Friday.
Not so good over the weekend - water and otherwise, but am stepping it up this week. Had some water retention and took a pill for it, so scale is down, but I know it ain't real figures, so will only weigh-in again on Friday.
I also took my son for a run in the pram this morning...He ain't little anymore and it was only 5km's, but I worked my heart like crazy with all his body weight as resistance (He's off the play school tomorrow again).
I wanna try and exercise everyday this week.
Let's see how it all goes...

well done, I said this week i must keep it clean had so much partys and junk and cake this past 4 days , today just water and clean food. What pill did you take for water inbox me . thanks

I also struggle with my water intake over the weekend I am fine during the week. I also envy you guys at the sea I just love it but you cant have it all :)
