I hope this weekend goes well. I did my first of two all day water fasts on Thursday and will likely do my second on Sunday, since I will be home after the morning. I am going to eat relatively healthy on Saturday and that should definitely keep me full thru Monday morning. When I come off this time though, I may ease in with fruits and veggies or Brown Rice!
