I'm so excited about all of this. I want to see the results. I want to start pushing now, but I know that I need to properly prepare. I have made a few meal ideas for the first week. Boy oh boy is lean protein more expensive than the normal meat I buy!

I figure that I'll have three different meals and a protein shake on my training days with three low-carb meals on my resting days. I have a decent grasp on what I'm going to eat for this up coming week. I have tomorrow off so I'll spend tonight finish the meals to create a shopping list for tomorrow. Tomorrow will be a great big cook fest!
