It has been a few days and I still haven't quite gotten off all of this excess water weight. I worry I might actually see a gain this week, but we'll see later on.
After three days of very low carb I am still not back into ketosis. The last times I cheated I got right back in or didn't appear to leave at all, but this time I guess I opened the flood gates of hell! Lol.
I am looking into something called DEXA scanning, which apparently is an effective method of body analysis.
I want some type of point of reference to work with. I'd like to see what six weeks of a diet and strict routine will do. Apparently they can tell you how much of the weight you put on is muscle versus fat, and that can help you decide if you need to reduce your intake some, but I also have read that everyone is different so who knows for sure.
We'll see! I'm waiting for a response. Will add more when I know.
I bought stuff for taco salad the other day, but I bought taco shells as well thinking "TIME TO GO FOR THE CARBS!", so right now I'm having a battle of wills as to whether or not I'll eat the delicious crunchy tortillas.
Must. Resist. Tortillas.
