I feel bad that all weekend I was sick and did not work out and my challenges started yesterday some today and I had to make up for the last two days so I worked out on the treadmil for 2 hours 2 minutes and 35 seconds to get 600 calories burned off and did 200 crunches for one of my challenges.

wow, that's kicking some ass... i got sick over the weekend too and it was really hard to get back to work. definitely a lot of respect for working hard!
