Weight before going to bed. Went for a 6 km walk with the dog and I was out for 65 minutes. Had a meal at midnight recorded it in the lunch column otherwise it looks like I'm eating snacks and not meals.

Best time to weigh is first thing in the morning. It doesn't matter where you put your food - it's your food diary :)

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, after my morning ablutions.

I agree with both of your statements. I have always be surprised by how much weight I can vary by in one day. (7lbs) unless my past scales have been rubbish. I have been doing my weight's first thing in the morning and basically naked too lol. Thought last night "what weight am I prior to going to bed?" hence my weigh in before bed. Although I didn't go to bed until after 3am and I didn't get up until 10 am.
