Just completed an 18 hour fast and had breakfast. The scale is so close to the 220 range! May weigh in early if it is so kind as to let me out of the 230 range tomorrow morning. I will eat again in about an hour and then I will fast 20:4.

I TOTALLY understand, lol! I'm only 5 lbs from onederland and my body decided this week was a good week to take a rest from losing. Our bodies get around to things in their own sweet time ;-)

I had an extreme urge to stop at the Buffet Palace out here in Greenville, Texas. I wanted chinese food so badly. The urge was incredible, and I started to make my way there. Some how I stopped myself and went to the store to get the planned items. I got some food stuffs to make another spinach/egg casserole. I wanted to add some bell pepper and onion to it, but I'll have to add a little cheese and butter to get the macros back to where they need to be. That'll be ok, I'll just split it up into slightly smaller portions. Should be delicious. I may eat that instead of the left over steak in the fridge :o. I was supposed to eat before 5, but my physical therapy took too long to get home in time. I'll adjust the fasting period to end an hour later tomorrow to keep the original 20:4 plan.
