The weekend was nice and I got a bad sunburn. i walked up the beach both days so I got some exercise. I enjoyed it very much but would have prefered to have had company. I just listed to my IPod and walked in the water. it was a good weekend as I said.

On Friday I stopped by the mall and went to Vitamine World. i was talking to the lady about fish oil and then about weight loss. She asked me if I had done a cleanse. I told her I had problems with that and she told me to try "The Cleaner for women" It is a 14 day process and consists of 2, 7 day cleanses. You take 4 pills morning and night and if you don't "go" daily, you increase the number of pills until you do go daily. now everyone knows I have problems with this but guess what - it is working!!!!! I am thrilled. After you finish the cleanse, you have to take probiotics to get the good bacteria working in your tummy and the lady suggested to also take Acai pills. She said that the energy boost was amazing and that it really helped with weight loss. Now while I care about the loss - the energy boost is what i am really hoping for. And although I tend to be a skeptic - the fact that the Cleanser is working makes me ready to do whatever she suggests :)

Anyway, thought I woul tell everyone. My day has been a long one and I am going back to my room now. I will try to check in tomorrow.

A probiotic will treat the CAUSE of your constipation, not just cover it up. There is one available online thru the Primal diet called Primal Flora (highly recommended.) Otherwise, make sure what you do take has 30 Billion or more cultures, and multiple strands of bacteria. And also keep up w/ your artichoke hearts, broccoli, brussel sprouts, collard greens, and a few nuts a day if you can tolerate. Sometimes you may need to occasionally drink a cup of chicken broth if you feel your energy is drained. You are likely in an electrolyte imbalance. All those together should deal w/ any 'issues'. Keep me posted how it's going. Just started my probiotics today! LOL! We must be soul sisters!!!
